By now you should have rid your home of all cigarettes and smoking paraphernalia. Be your own best friend and create an environment for success!

RECORDING: Listen to your recording every day for 30 consecutive days. Listen at a time and in a place where you are unlikely to be disturbed. The recording is never to be played in a moving vehicle or while engaged in activities of any kind.

BREATHING EXERCISE: When you receive the email with your breathing exercise, it’s a good idea to add that to your daily routine.
