You get an MP3 to listen to for 30 days for reinforcement.
Initial Session $150
To supplement or as a standalone, you can choose coaching after your initial hypnosis session. The coaching helps to keep you on track for your goals and keep you accountable and motivated.
You are the person that takes action steps towards the goals. The amount of time it takes will depend on your dedication, commitment and how fast you achieve the steps to your goals. Our coaching sessions are for organization and clarification of desired outcome. A Hypnosis appointment and supplemental coaching package is the best way to keep your working towards your goals.
