Learn Self Hypnosis Workshop
Why and how would I use Self-Hypnosis in my life?
- To learn to use the power of your own mind
- To feel the difference between relaxation and tension
- To feel less stressed
- To experience less anxiety
- To understand yourself
- To make positive changes in your life
- To feel empowered (all you have to do is tap into your personal power)
- To use it in my daily life for: a sleepless night, stress management, anxiety, pain management and so much more. Learning it may give you tools you need in some future event.
For example, my husband had Trigeminal Neuralgia. His nerve pain worsened over time. As we struggled with a diagnosis and finding the right doctor for him, he utilized hypnosis to drop his pain from a high level of 10 down to 2. Although individuals may differ, he was thankful he already knew it so he could use it when seeking a resolution to his medical issue. (Note: Coming to a pain management session requires a doctor’s note. Although self-hypnosis does not require a doctor’s note, we encourage you to seek the advice of your medical professional in the use of self-hypnosis for pain management.)
Did you know that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a normal state of mind, but it’s about learning to focus your mind to achieve what you desire. You already have the power to do this. All you need to do is learn to use it for your own good.
Maybe you’ve tried to quit smoking or you are fearful of speaking in public. You may have made some effort, but you still feel those same old feelings and you are right back where you started. Hypnosis and self-hypnosis help to “train your brain” to think in new ways that support your personal goals.
Hypnosis vs. Self-Hypnosis

In hypnosis the hypnotist guides you into the state. Then the hypnotist gives suggestions based upon what you discussed before hypnosis. The hypnotist is also there to answer questions and give you the information necessary to allow the natural state of mind to occur. It takes practice and you get better the more you do it.
With self-hypnosis, you bring yourself into that trance state. You give yourself the suggestions based on your goals. Once you learn how to use it, you can use it for anything you want to achieve. It takes practice and you get better the more you do it.
Advertisers use hypnotic techniques to get your to purchase their products. Public figures are well aware of how to use the techniques as well. Isn’t it a valuable tool to understand the process and to use it for your own benefit?
