Stress & Worries

Oh, the multitude of ways in which we deal with stress!  Unfortunately, most of them are negative unless we make a conscious effort to deal with stress in a positive way.

Stress and constant worry don't have to consume you or make you feel bad.  There are ways in which we can change our habits, relearn ways in which to de-stress and stop the worried thoughts from taking over.

Anxiety and bouts of stress are surely a toxic combination that can leave your mentally and physically exhausted. It is something that permeates from the mental and emotional levels to create problematic physical symptoms and affects your feelings and perspectives in life.

There are a multitude of reasons we needlessly suffer from stress and anxiety.  Learning to know yourself and learning how to manage stress and anxiety symptoms will bring you relief and other benefits like:  happiness, good health, the ability to relax, better sleep and more.

 

The following is a list of some common symptoms of stress.

  • Headaches

These are just some of the ways in which we see stress show up in our lives.  The good thing about this is that there are ways in which we can deal with our stress and prevent health issues later.

Some negative ways in which we try and deal with our stress:

  • Alcohol
  • Drug use, even over the counter use
  • Weight
  • Smoking
  • Self-harming behaviors
  • Ignoring issues
  • Sleeping too much or too little
  • Overworking

Learning to cope with stress and developing strategies to keep yourself healthy is a gift you give to yourself.  All of the negative habits you may have developed can be turned into life-changing solutions with some assistance.  These solutions can bring about positive feelings.  With the use of hypnosis and coaching, you can learn to work in your own best interest.

How does it work?

Our initial visit is to discuss where you are and where you want to be.  Then we make a plan for implementing your goals.   As a Coach, I help you plan, make use of your strengths, help you to remove obstacles to success and together we create a path to your vision.

You are the person that takes action steps towards the goals.  The amount of time it takes will depend on your dedication, commitment and how fast you achieve the steps to your goals.  Our coaching sessions are for organization and clarification of desired outcome.
