What can you expect at a session when working with us? The typical session structure for online and in-person sessions can be found below.

ONLINE SESSION

  1. Call to make your online appointment or schedule it online. The session will likely last about an hour.
  2. Any time before your appointment, schedule a half-hour “virtual” online session with one of my Assistants. They will take care of paperwork and get you set up for your session with me.
  3. Be in front of your computer at the appointed time so you can work with my Assistant. You will be able to interact with her and ask questions, etc. She will also require you to have your camera on. My assistant will show you how to log into your client account.
  4. You will receive an email with your zoom link for our online session with me, Tina Pineiro.
  5. At the planned day and time, please be prompt to our online appointment and use the link provided in your email. After our session, visit your client account for follow-up information.

IN-PERSON SESSION

  1. Call to make your in-person appointment or schedule one online. The session will likely last about an hour.
  2. Any time before your appointment, schedule a half-hour “virtual” online session with one of my Assistants. They will take care of paperwork and get you set up for your session with me.
  3. Be in front of your computer at the appointed time so you can work with my Assistant. You will be able to interact with her and ask questions, etc. She will also require you to have your camera on. My assistant will show you how to log into your client account.
  4. Show up to my office at the planned day and time. Our location is 742 Main Street, Suite 201 in Honesdale. Remember to bring quarters for parking.
  5. I will have hand santizier available and the office is wiped down between appointments. Please bring and wear your mask during our session.
  6. After our session, visit your client account for follow-up information. All information will be in your follow-up email.
