What can you expect at a session when working with us? The typical session structure for online and in-person sessions can be found below.

ONLINE SESSION

  1. Call to make your online appointment or schedule it online. You will pay for the session when you schedule the appointment. The session will likely last about an hour to an hour and a half.
  2. Any time before your appointment, schedule a half-hour “virtual” online session with one of my Assistants. They will take care of paperwork and get you set up for your session with me.
  3. Be in front of your computer at the appointed time so you can work with my Assistant. You will be able to interact with her and ask questions, etc. She will also require you to have your camera on. My assistant will show you how to log into your client account.
  4. You will receive an email with your zoom link for our online session with me, Tina Pineiro.
  5. At the planned day and time, please be prompt to our online appointment and use the link provided in your email. After our session, visit your client account for follow-up information.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel an appointment, we require 24 hour notice. For less than 24 hour notice, you will incur a cancellation fee of half the fee of your session. If you do not contact our office to advise us of your cancellation, then the fee for cancellation will be the total amount of your session

  1. Call to make your in-person appointment or schedule one online. Payment is required at the time of scheduling. The session will likely last about an hour to an hour and a half.
  2. Any time before your appointment, schedule a half-hour “virtual” online session with one of my Assistants. They will take care of paperwork and get you set up for your session with me.
  3. Be in front of your computer at the appointed time so you can work with my Assistant. You will be able to interact with her and ask questions, etc. She will also require you to have your camera on. My assistant will show you how to log into your client account.
  4. Show up to my office at the planned day and time. Please be respectful and show up on time. Our location is 742 Main Street, Suite 201 in Honesdale. Remember to bring quarters for parking.
  5. After our session, visit your client account for follow-up information. All information will be in your follow-up email.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised: all cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of the services booked. If you do not contact our office to advise us of your cancellation, then the fee for cancellation will be the total amount of your session. Our cancellation policy helps us provide better service and availability to all of our clients. We kindly appreciate your cooperation.
